Our client is a fast-growing cyber security and connectivity specialist on a mission to build a secure and connected future. Organisations across the globe rely on them to secure and connect their digital infrastructures, and their security operations function is one of the most strategically important and fastest-growing parts of the business.
They are now looking for a Solutions Consultant – SecOps to act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them detect, investigate and respond to threats using modern security operations solutions and services.
What the position entails
Working directly with customers as a technical and commercial point of contact across the security operations portfolio.
Supporting Account Managers and customers across three core solution domains:
– SecOps – SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, automation, AI-assisted triage and threat intelligence
– Exposure Management – vulnerability management, CTEM and attack path analysis
– Email Security
Combining technical expertise, services knowledge and commercial awareness to shape the right mix of technology, managed services and professional services for each customer.
Helping shape how Microsoft Security and wider security operations services are taken to market, and how customers understand the value of that capability.
Reporting to the SecOps Solutions Architect and growing into a trusted owner of customer opportunities across the wider cyber security portfolio.
What we’re looking for
A customer-facing consultant with strong knowledge of security operations technologies such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR and threat intelligence.
Exposure to vulnerability management, CTEM, attack path analysis or email security.
The ability to blend technical detail with commercial awareness and translate both into clear value for customers.
Someone who enjoys working closely with sales teams and wants to help build a growing SecOps solutioning function.
