Sales Support Executive – IT Solutions

Manchester | Office-based | Up to £35,000

Fazer Recruitment is working with a well-established IT solutions provider to hire a Sales Support Executive for its Manchester office. You’ll work closely with the UK leadership and Account Management team, supporting deals from first enquiry through to delivery.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in technology sales. For the right person, there is a clear route into a Pre-Sales position.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting Account Managers across the full sales cycle, from enquiry to order fulfilment
Preparing accurate quotations in line with pricing and commercial guidelines
Liaising with distributors, manufacturers and partners on pricing, availability and lead times
Tracking orders and keeping customers and internal teams updated
Handling customer enquiries by phone and email, including delivery queries and returns
Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
Working with purchasing and operations to make sure orders ship on time
What we’re looking for

Experience in sales support, inside sales or a customer-facing commercial role
Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle priorities
Confident, professional phone and written communication
A proactive, customer-focused approach
Microsoft Office skills (365)
CRM experience (desirable)
Some knowledge of IT products and solutions (desirable, but a genuine interest counts)
